Work At Cotey’s!

Experienced Staff required for newly opening business located on A1 near Baldock.  Due to location and trading hours own transport is essential. We are open 7 days a week, operation from early mornings to late evenings. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinners (grill & home-cooked meals) & snacks. We are looking for enthusiastic staff to cover all shifts. Full, part time and casual.

CHEFS

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar busy restaurant environment. 

• Current Level 2 food hygiene certificate preferably along with an understanding in health & safety, allergens, stock rotation, quality control & food wastage management.

• Experience in cooking and preparing fresh food and to adhere to company standards at all times.

• Able to adapt well to busy periods,

• Wanting to progress and take on responsibility.

• Organised and able to work under pressure.

• Be a team player.

FRONT OF HOUSE
